Role Dimensions:
The successful candidate will work with the Head of Human Performance and Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner (APP) providing physiotherapy services, including rehabilitation of musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries to an exceptional standard.
Responsibilities include triaging, assessing, diagnosing, managing patients at the McLaren Performance Hub (MPH) Health Centre, and referring onwards where appropriate. Acting as a clinical expert in MSK issues and advising employees, MPH staff, Healthcare Professionals, and GPs.
They will be part of a multidisciplinary team including GPs, Exercise Rehabilitation Instructors, Strength and Conditioning Coaches, and Medical Administrators delivering physiotherapy and rehabilitation services to MTC Employees.
Additional duties include delivering corporate wellness education and advice. Flexible working hours are required, including occasional unsocial hours or weekends.
The role involves collaboration with the Lead Physiotherapist to implement physiotherapy and rehabilitation services at MTC.
