Job summary

The University of Roehampton’s School of Life and Health Sciences invites applications for a fixed-term Clinical Skills Demonstrator (RU06). You will support delivery of nursing and wider healthcare programmes, with a focus on clinical skills and simulation-based learning.

Working closely with module leaders, you will help develop resources such as lesson plans, case studies, worksheets and demonstration materials; assist with preparation and assessment of skills competency, including OSCEs; and

Qualifications

• Registered healthcare professional with current NMC or HCPC registration.
• Experience of working in a clinical healthcare setting.
• Ability to support learners in developing clinical skills safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, delivery and evaluation of clinical skills teaching and simulation activities.
• Develop resources such as lesson plans, case studies, worksheets and demonstration materials.
• Assist with preparation and assessment of skills competency including OSCEs.
