Responsibilities

• Deliver developmental support and programmes for care support workers.
• Coordinate and deliver Care Certificate induction with theory and clinical skills based on evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with other clinical training leads within the Trust to develop healthcare support workers including nursing, midwifery and allied health professionals.
• Regularly work clinically with CSWs enabling their support and maintenance of clinical skills.
