About The Role

In your role as a Clinical Service Manager at HC-One, you’ll value kindness above all. You will play a key role within the home, overseeing and assisting every aspect of nursing care and activities within the home. You will be responsible for creating and updating individual care plans for our residents as well as maintaining clear, accurate, up-to-date medication records.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee and assist with nursing care and activities within the home.
2. Create and update individual care plans for residents.
3. Maintain accurate medication records.
4. Provide support, guidance, and assistance to the care team.
5. Build strong relationships with community partners.
6. Manage staffing levels and staff rotas efficiently.
7. Provide cover out of hours as required.
8. Ensure compliance with NMC standards and the NMC code of practice.
9. Lead, motivate, and mentor the care team.
10. Support professional development of staff.
