About The Role

In your role as a Clinical Service Manager at HC-One, you’ll value kindness above all. You will play a key role within the home, overseeing and assisting every aspect of nursing care and activities. You will be responsible for creating and updating individual care plans for residents and maintaining accurate medication records.
Drawing on your clinical experience, you will support, guide, and assist the team. By building strong relationships with community partners, you will help strengthen the HC-One brand and raise the care home’s profile. You’ll ensure adequate staffing through efficient management of staff rotas and provide out-of-hours cover as needed.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number, knowledge of National Standards, and NMC code of practice. Experience in person-led care planning within a care home is essential. You should be willing to coach, guide, and support your team, providing formal and informal training. A commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and professional development is required.
You should be a compassionate, caring leader who can motivate and mentor a team. Respectful and courteous, you will strive for continuous professional growth and give your personal best.
