Job summary

Local Care Direct in West Yorkshire is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead and support our non-GP clinical workforce across services in Leeds, working with fellow Clinical Services Managers to deliver high-quality, patient‑centred care.

You will supervise multidisciplinary teams, shape service development, implement pathways, ensure clinical governance and CPD, and promote safety and compassionate care while maintaining links to frontline practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified clinician registered with the NMC, HCPC, or GPhC with significant leadership and operational experience.
• Experience managing clinical services, leading teams through change, and ensuring excellence in patient care.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop clinical teams and oversee service mobilisation.
• Implement clinical pathways and protocols and promote CPD.
• Ensure compliance with organisational and professional standards and governance.
• Maintain clinical practice within LCD services and connect to frontline care for service improvement.
• Contribute to service development, workforce development and patient-centered care across West Yorkshire.
