Job summary

Local Care Direct in West Yorkshire is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead and support our non-GP clinical workforce across services in Leeds, working with fellow Clinical Services Managers to deliver high-quality, patient‑centred care.

You will supervise multidisciplinary teams, shape service development, implement pathways, ensure clinical governance and CPD, and promote safety and compassionate care while maintaining links to frontline practice.

Qualifications

  • Qualified clinician registered with the NMC, HCPC, or GPhC with significant leadership and operational experience.
