Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and develop a highly skilled workforce through recruitment, selection, development, and performance management processes.
2. Oversee the delivery of the clinical services business plan, ensuring effective management of staffing, budgets, materials, and equipment.
3. Support and maintain relationships with referrers and prospective purchasers.
4. Promote effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
5. Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and initiatives.
6. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and legislation, meet quality standards, and achieve key performance indicators.
7. Ensure site objectives are met and promote high-quality services to attract new users.

Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant professional qualification and recognized post-registration qualification.
• Full membership or accreditation with a relevant professional institution.
