Job summary

Leaders in Care is partnering with a West Midlands ADHD service to recruit a Clinical Psychologist (Children & Young People). You will deliver ADHD assessments for children and young people, perform comprehensive diagnostics, document clinical formulations, and provide feedback and practical recommendations in line with NICE guidance.

You will join an MDT with a clinician-led focus, contributing to governance, supervision, and ongoing service development while ensuring high-quality,

Qualifications

• HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist with NHS/secure settings experience.
• Experience with neurodevelopmental services in CAMHS or similar.
• Strong skills in assessment, formulation and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive diagnostic assessments as part of an MDT.
• Produce clear, high-quality reports and provide feedback to families.
• Contribute to MDT discussions, governance and clinical supervision.
• Lead ADHD assessments for children and young people and provide practical recommendations.
