Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join the Rapid Diagnostic Centre (RDC) and Acute Oncology Service (AOS). The post requires completion of a physical assessment course and progress toward an Advanced Practice MSc, with leadership responsibilities and a focus on innovative cancer diagnostics.

Qualifications
- Experience delivering advanced clinical assessment and decision‑making in a diagnostic pathway.
- Evidence of autonomous working at an advanced level.
- Experience leading clinical teams and supporting staff development.
Responsabilités
- Independently manage patients through the diagnostic pathway with MDT support.
- Provide high‑quality, patient‑centred care and timely communication of results.
- Coordinate investigations and onward referrals to appropriate specialties.
- Provide operational and professional leadership to RDC and AOS teams.
- Support service development, workforce management and quality improvement.
