Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join the Rapid Diagnostic Centre (RDC) team. You will lead clinical assessment, work with the MDT to deliver rapid diagnostics and coordinated investigations, aiming to confirm or exclude cancer quickly.

The role involves operational and professional leadership for RDC and AOS, service development, workforce planning and quality improvement, with a patient-centred approach throughout the diagnostic

Qualifications

• Must have completed and passed a physical assessment course (or equivalent).
• Working towards an Advanced Practice MSc.
• Experience using advanced assessment, clinical reasoning and decision-making in practice.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational and professional leadership to the RDC and AOS teams.
• Support service development, workforce management and quality improvement.
• Independently manage patients through the diagnostic pathway with MDT support.
• Ensure timely investigations, communication of results and onward referral.
