IQVIA Interface Clinical Services is seeking a clinically focused pharmacist to join our growing team in the UK. You will apply clinical expertise and commercial acumen to support patients with chronic conditions in primary care settings, aiding practices with clinical tools and coordinating reviews with NHS organisations.

The role offers hybrid working, travel as required, and opportunities for career progression within a leading IQVIA business.

Competenze

• Must be a GPhC registered pharmacist with a minimum of 2yrs PQE.
• Primary care experience desirable.
• Full UK driving licence; willingness to travel and remote working.

Mansioni

• Support Practices to provide clinical tools and resources for long-term conditions.
• Deliver services within protocols and operating instructions.
• Identify opportunities for clinical reviews at practice, PCN or ICB level.
• Develop awareness of Interface Clinical Services and build relationships with practices and NHS organisations.
