BrisDoc in Bristol is seeking a part-time Clinical Pharmacist to deliver structured medication reviews for patients with complex needs, focusing on medicines optimisation, polypharmacy, and safe prescribing. Working within your scope of practice under clinical supervision, you will support repeat prescribing, respond to patient queries, and contribute to audits, with NHS pension and generous leave.

The role offers a collaborative team culture and flexible 15–17.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Pharmacy; GPhC registration.
• Experience in patient-facing clinical pharmacy.
• Knowledge of medicines optimisation and prescribing safety.
• Independent prescribing is desirable or in progress.
• Experience with IT systems such as Microsoft Office and clinical systems.
