Job summary

Boots in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated pharmacist to deliver NHS and private services, guided by clinical expertise and patient-first care. You will work with a brilliant team and use both in-store and digital tools to provide trusted care.

You'll lead patient safety standards, monitor care quality, and mentor colleagues while representing Boots in the local community and with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills in a pharmacy setting.
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy environment.
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced and private services.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset with willingness to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned and private services using in-store and digital tools.
• Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
• Monitor and continually improve standards of care and safety.
• Work with Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team.
• Grow talent reflecting the communities served; coach and mentor colleagues.
• Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals.
