We have an opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in the Pharmacy Department.

This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis, where you will supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover during staff leave or absence.

What we are looking for:

• A GPHC Registered Pharmacist.
• Newly qualified or an overseas pharmacist who has received GPHC registration.
• Looking to develop your clinical skills and experience.

Duties of this role include:

• Providing pharmaceutical expertise and input into patient care within a CHG hospital, supporting the pharmacy department to deliver excellent medicine management to all customers.
• Supervising procurement, preparation, dispensing, and distribution of medicines, along with supervising junior staff in delivering the medicine management service.
• Assuming responsibility for clinical services as identified.
• Facilitating the daily operations of the pharmacy department, ensuring a safe and effective medicines management service for patients, staff, consultants, and customers.
