Role: Clinical Pharmacist
Banding: Band 7/8a
Location: London
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing
Working Pattern: Full-time
Rate: £28 – £39 per hour
Hours: 09:00 – 17:00

About the role:

The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in an acute provider hospital ward. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate, offering an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients in an acute hospital setting.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Conduct medication reviews and provide expert advice on drug therapy.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ward rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Essential: Up to date GPhC registration.Relevant Pharmacy qualification.Proven experience working in a hospital setting.
  • Desirable: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills.Commitment to providing excellent patient care.
