Job description

This is a superb permanent opportunity with a forward-thinking and highly respected GP training practice, looking to add a Clinical Pharmacist to their close-knit team.

Practice Overview

The practice is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist with experience in Primary Care, ideally as a Prescriber with the CPPE Pathway. Responsibilities include handling SMRs, Polypharmacy, Discharge letters, Meds management, and overseeing the dispensary. There is an option for a hybrid role, but the majority of time is expected in practice.

• Salary: £55,000 - £60,500 per annum FTE DOE
