Job Opportunity: Clinical Pharmacist

Join our team as a full-time, hybrid clinical pharmacist (approximately 50% from home, 50% at GP surgeries). We are seeking pharmacists passionate about making a positive impact on patient health in primary care settings.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting practices with clinical tools and resources for managing patients with long-term conditions.
2. Ensuring delivery of clinical services within protocols and systems.
3. Identifying opportunities for clinical reviews at practice, PCN, or CCG levels based on clinical need.
4. Enhancing awareness of Interface Clinical Services within primary care and developing relationships with practices and NHS organizations.

Requirements:

• Registered pharmacist.
• Community or primary care experience desirable.
• Willingness to travel and work remotely.
• Passion for improving patients’ long-term health.
