JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you a skilled Clinical Pharmacist looking for an exciting new locum opportunity in Liverpool? We’re working with a private hospital offering a rewarding role where your clinical expertise will make a difference!

Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist

Location: Liverpool

Duration: Minimum 6 months

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm with a 30-minute break

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Create and implement personalised care plans
• Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Current and valid GPhC registration
• Previous hospital experience in a ward setting
• Excellent clinical judgement and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for delivering outstanding patient care

Working Hours & Contract:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, minimum 6 months with potential for extension based on service needs.
