Join Our Team as a Clinical Pharmacist!

We are looking for pharmacists to join our team at Interface Clinical Services, an IQVIA business. In this role, you will utilize your clinical expertise and commercial acumen to support patients with chronic conditions in primary care settings.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Supporting practices with clinical tools and resources for managing patients with long-term conditions.
2. Ensuring clinical services are delivered according to protocols and systems.
3. Identifying opportunities for clinical reviews at practice, PCN, or CCG levels where there is a clinical need.
4. Raising awareness of Interface Clinical Services within primary care and developing relationships with practices and NHS organisations.

Requirements:

• Registered pharmacist.
• Community or primary care experience is desirable.
• Willingness to travel and work remotely.
• A passion for improving patients’ long-term health.
