Job summary

NHS Tayside in Dundee is inviting applications for a full-time, permanent Associate Practitioner in the diagnostic pathology team at Ninewells Hospital, Dundee. Qualifications

• Relevant HNC/SVQ 3 (SCQF 7) or proven equivalent Laboratory experience.
• Good interpersonal skills and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine laboratory duties including computer data entry.
• Chemical preparation for laboratory use.
• Assist with specimen dissection and paraffin wax embedding.
• Perform microtomy and routine processing tasks.
