Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis is seeking an Operations Support Manager to lead the Clinical Support Office within the Department of Pathology & Immunology. You will supervise Customer Service Representatives and Clinical Support Specialists, optimizing pre-analytic workflows and ensuring accuracy and accountability.

The role partners with laboratory leadership to improve processes, quality, and patient/provider experience in a complex clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Relevant Experience: 5 years.
• No specific certification required.
• Driver’s license not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees strategies and execution of operations, programs, and events.
• Develops standards and training of assigned staff.
• Manages and provides direction and oversight to staff.
• Forecasts staffing needs and establishes staff schedule.
• Hires, on-boards, and conducts evaluations.
