We are looking for an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead and support our panel of Associate Case Managers, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, professional, and person-centred service.
The RoleAs a
Clinical Operations Manager, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for our Associate Case Managers, offering and providing clinical guidance and operational support.
- Conduct regular case guidance meetings, ensuring that rehabilitation plans are effective and following clinical best practice guidance.
- Conduct regular clinical and compliance audits to ensure best practice, focussing on clinical, governance and processes.
- Support quality assurance by reviewing documentation and ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Lead specific strategic projects, reporting progress monthly to the Head of Case Management & Rehabilitation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring regular communication, service satisfaction and excellence.
- Support the activity of driving work utilising communication, negotiation and facilitation skills.
- Play a key role in recruitment, induction, and ongoing development of Associate Case Managers.
- Provide risk monitoring and safeguarding oversight on active cases.
What We Are Looking ForThe Clinical Operations Manager will be a passionate advocate of case management services, focussed on client needs and clinical outcomes, while also being commercially astute. You will demonstrate knowledge and credibility in representing Bush & Co with customers, service providers, statutory services and other agencies.
The Clinical Operations Manager will act as a point of contact for the clinical service internally and externally with client's, customers and associate support on a daily basis. You will provide clinical oversight to, and monitoring of, client case management ensuring cases are clinically robust, completing regular governance and compliance audits.
The Clinical Operations Manager will support business and service development projects, delivering and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs). You will collaborate with other team members and departments across the business to ensure the continuity of clinical compliance and quality performance. You will utilise communication skills to manage and implement operational changes to practices and processes to improve service delivery and meet business need.
The Clinical Operations Manager will be flexible and willing to adapt to the varied and changing nature of the role and responsibilities. You will actively participate in providing and delivering internal clinical development opportunities, while maintaining your own CPD and professional registration.
Essential Qualifications & Experience- Current clinical registration with NMC, HCPC, SWE or other professional body.
- Minimum 7 years of post-graduate clinical experience, with community-based practice.
- At least 4 years' leadership or people management experience.
- Strong IT and documentation review skills.
- A collaborative, compassionate, and clinically sound professional.
Desirable- Knowledge or experience in Case Management and litigation.
- Experience writing case reports.
- Previous work as a Case Manager.
