As our Operations Manager , you'll be at the heart of our business operations, technology systems, and data reporting infrastructure. You'll drive cross-functional alignment by leading system implementations, managing data analytics, and ensuring our tools and processes scale with our rapid growth.
This role is perfect for someone who’s equally comfortable with high-level strategic thinking and rolling up their sleeves to build dashboards, test CRM workflows, and analyze performance metrics.
Create, maintain, and review business requirements, workflows, and technical documentation.
Research, evaluate, and recommend tools and integrations to support company growth.
Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams for implementation and support.
Manage all EOM, EOQ, and EOY reporting responsibilities.
Own the creation and maintenance of centralized dashboards in Zoho Analytics .
Validate and clean data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy across all reporting.
Generate recurring and ad hoc performance reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Lead the configuration and rollout of new platforms and internal tools.
Monitor QA processes and manage technical incident resolution end-to-end.
Maintain documentation for implementations and bug tracking.
Administer Zoho CRM , Zoho Campaigns , and related platforms.
Design, launch, and maintain automated workflows for lead nurturing, internal alerts, and campaign execution.
Customize CRM fields, layouts, and processes to meet evolving business needs.
Design scalable business processes that enhance productivity and reduce friction.
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify needs and propose system improvements.
Share insights and feedback with product leadership to improve customer and user experience.
3 years of experience in operations, business systems, or CRM/analytics management roles.
Proven experience with Zoho One Suite (CRM, Analytics, Campaigns, etc.).
Strong technical skills with an ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
Analytical mindset with expertise in data manipulation and visualization.
Familiarity with remote team environments and collaborative tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
Excellent project management, documentation, and communication skills.
