Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions, transfers and discharges in line with Trust policies.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to facilitate timely patient flow.
• Promote patient-centred care while safeguarding dignity and confidentiality.
• Support bed management and capacity planning across the site.
• Lead escalation processes and coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Provide operational advice to clinical teams outside routine hours.
• Respond to major incidents and safety events per Trust procedures.
