Educated to NVQ Level 5/HND or equivalent.
Management qualification or equivalent senior-level experience.
2 Years Management Experience.
Experience in NHS environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver managerial control of cleaning and general facilities services to a high standard within the hospital.
Provide management and control of all cleaning services and general facilities operating procedures and applications to ensure standards are maintained.
Lead front-line cleaning teams and cleaning wards, clinical areas, departments, and outer areas.
Manage stock control procedures and distribution of stock and non-stock items.
Conduct HR investigations and present findings to senior managers.
