Circle Integrated Care in Bedford, part of Circle Health Group, is recruiting a Clinical Operational Lead on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role covers 37.5 hours per week and includes managing advanced MSK caseloads and supporting service delivery.

You will use BI dashboards to monitor performance, lead operational teams, and liaise with PALS. Applicants should be HCPC/NMC registered with strong MSK clinical background and experience in service management.

Qualifications

• Registered healthcare professional with current registration (HCPC, NMC or equivalent).
• Strong MSK clinical background with advanced clinical assessment and decision-making.
• Significant experience in clinical service delivery within a healthcare environment.
• Experience in operational leadership, service management or team leadership.
• Strong understanding of patient pathways, referral management and RTT standards.
• Experience using clinical systems such as SystmOne, EMIS, eRS or equivalent.
• Ability to interpret, analyse and act upon service performance data.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Salary: Up to £60,000.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

We have an opportunity for a Clinical Operational Lead to join their team of staff.

This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required tocover a flexible shift pattern.

Duties of this role include:

• Maintain an advanced clinical caseload across virtual and face-to-face settings, providing expert assessment, diagnosis and management of complex MSK conditions.
• Act as a senior clinical decision-maker, supporting clinicians with complex patient management and pathway decisions.
• Support the day-to-day operational management of clinical services to ensure effective service delivery and achievement of operational objectives.
• Utilise Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and operational reporting tools to monitor service performance and identify trends.
• Act as a point of contact for Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) issues, complaints and patient concerns.
• Support service redesign, pathway development and transformation programmes to improve patient outcomes and operational effectiveness.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Registered healthcare professional with current professional registration (HCPC, NMC or equivalent).
• Strong Musculoskeletal (MSK) clinical background with advanced clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Significant experience in clinical service delivery within a healthcare environment.
• Experience in operational leadership, service management or team leadership.
• Strong understanding of patient pathways, referral management and Referral to Treatment (RTT) standards.
• Experience using clinical systems such as SystmOne, EMIS, eRS or equivalent.
• Ability to interpret, analyse and act upon service performance data.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
