Located in Syracuse, NY, Bishop Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is Under New Management and seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager.

We are offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include:

1. Handle all supervisory duties for the unit
2. Establish employee policies and procedures
3. Mentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical & career advice
4. Establish the standards of care for the unit
5. Review Resident records & quality of care
6. Monitor overall care & review individual Resident cases
7. Address questions or complaints brought forward by Residents or their families
8. Ensure the department is well-stocked with medical supplies
9. Represent the unit's interests with upper-level management

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
2. Minimum 1 year of Unit Manager experience
3. Valid RN License
4. Basic computer skills
5. Strong communication skills
