Bishop Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, now under new management, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager for our Syracuse, NY facility. We are offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus!

Responsibilities:

1. Handle all supervisory duties for the unit
2. Establish employee policies and procedures
3. Mentor less experienced nurses, providing clinical and career advice
4. Set standards of care for the unit
5. Review resident records and quality of care
6. Monitor overall care and review individual resident cases
7. Address questions or complaints from residents or their families
8. Ensure the department is stocked with medical supplies
9. Represent the unit’s interests with upper management

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience
2. Minimum 1 year of unit manager experience
3. Valid RN license
