Chadwick Nott is recruiting a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a leading UK clinical negligence team based in Bristol with flexible hybrid working. You will manage your own claimant caseload and assist on high-value, complex matters under the guidance of renowned specialists.

The role requires a solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in clinical negligence, excellent client care, and a proactive, empathetic approach to cases with a mix of litigated matters.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage your own caseload, including litigated matters

Responsibilities

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join one of the UK's leading law firms and a nationally recognised claimant medical negligence practice. Consistently ranked by both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, the team is widely regarded as one of the strongest in the country, acting on complex and life-changing claims for individuals and families.

Due to continued growth, the team is seeking a talented solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE to join its highly regarded South region practice. This opportunity will be based from their Bristol office, with flexible hybrid working available.

Working alongside a team of experienced and highly respected clinical negligence specialists, you will manage your own claimant caseload while assisting on complex, high-value matters.

The team advises on a broad range of clinical negligence claims, including:

• Birth injury and obstetric claims
• Delayed diagnosis and misdiagnosis cases
• Fatal claims and inquests
• Neurosurgical and spinal injury matters
• Cardiac, oncology and psychiatric negligence claims
• Complex catastrophic injury cases

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in Clinical Negligence
• Strong claimant clinical negligence experience
