William James Recruitment is pleased to present a Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Legal Executive role in Nottingham. You will manage your own caseload of Clinical Negligence claims, investigate and litigate multi-track matters, and progress cases from inception to conclusion within a supportive, specialist team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with Clinical Negligence experience.
• Experience managing your own caseload.
• Litigation experience preferred.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage a varied workload.
• Strong client care and communication skills.
• A genuine interest in Clinical Negligence work.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
