You will handle high-quality, complex claims including birth injury and brain injury, with a focus on client care and professional standards, in a hybrid and supportive environment offering progression opportunities.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly regarded Legal 500 practice based in Leeds as its Clinical Negligence department continues to grow. The firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor to manage a strong pipeline of quality cases from inception through to conclusion.

The Role:

• Handle a varied caseload of Clinical Negligence claims from start to finish
• Investigate and litigate multi-track matters
• Progress cases efficiently while maintaining high service standards
• Draft key legal documents and correspondence
• Manage client relationships with empathy and professionalism
• Work on high-value claims including birth injury, brain injury and spinal injury matters (where applicable)
• Meet KPIs and contribute to team success
