William James Recruitment is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive in Liverpool. You will run your own caseload of clinical negligence claims, investigate and litigate multi-track matters, and manage cases from inception through to a successful conclusion.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or Legal Executive with Clinical Negligence experience.
• Experience managing own caseload.
• Litigation experience preferred.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage a varied workload.
• Strong client care and communication skills.
• Genuine interest in Clinical Negligence work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
