William James Recruitment is assisting a Legal 500 practice in Leeds to recruit an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor. The role involves managing a varied caseload from inception to conclusion in a supportive, high-calibre team.

You will handle birth, brain and spinal injury matters where applicable, while delivering excellent client care and achieving strong progression prospects within a hybrid and flexible working environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
• Experience managing your own Clinical Negligence caseload.
• Litigation experience essential.
• Strong drafting and file management skills.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
