You will handle complex, multi-track clinical negligence claims, including birth injury, spinal injury, and cancer misdiagnosis, while supporting senior lawyers on high-value matters from investigation to settlement.

You should have solid clinical negligence experience, exceptional attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset.

Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Leeds

Are you an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor with a background in high-value claims? This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded national law firm with a strong regional presence and a reputation for excellent client care.

You’ll join a well-established Leeds team handling complex, multi-track clinical negligence claims, including birth injury, spinal injury, cancer misdiagnosis and fatal claims. You’ll manage your own caseload while supporting senior lawyers on high-value matters, with involvement from initial investigation through to settlement.

You’ll have solid clinical negligence experience, excellent attention to detail and a strong client-focused approach. You’ll also be comfortable handling complex matters and working collaboratively within a supportive team.
