You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference within the home, with the autonomy to lead clinically while receiving support and guidance from an approachable senior management team.

  • A supportive and approachable working environment.
  • Excellent work-life balance with flexibility where possible.
  • The opportunity to influence clinical standards and drive continuous improvement.
  • Genuine career progression within a growing family-run organisation.
  • The opportunity to develop towards a Home Manager position for the right candidate.
About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • A Registered Nurse with strong clinical experience within a nursing home or similar care setting.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding person-centred care.
  • A confident clinical leader who can support, motivate, and develop a nursing and care team.
  • Organised, proactive, and committed to maintaining consistently high standards.
  • Confident overseeing clinical governance, care planning, medication management, audits, and quality standards.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues.
  • Able to lead by example and promote a positive culture throughout the home.
  • Ambitious, motivated, and keen to develop their leadership career.
We'd love to hear from you if you are:
  • An experienced Clinical Lead looking for a broader leadership opportunity; or
  • An experienced Deputy Manager with a strong clinical background; or
  • A senior nurse ready to step into a clinical leadership role with the right support and development.
Take the Next Step

If you're looking to join a care provider that values its clinical leaders, invests in its people, and believes that great care starts with great leadership, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful, family-run organisation where you can lead clinically, develop professionally, and make a genuine difference to residents and your team every day.
