We'd like you to join us as a Clinical Lead - RGN at our Chislehurst service. Chislehurst is a 15-bed service providing specialist residential rehabilitation for adults with an acquired brain injury or long-term neurological conditions. The Clinical Lead will support the Registered Manager to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to all residents. You will work closely with the Registered Manager, leading on safeguarding, quality, and governance to improve and develop all aspects of care. The person will provide visible clinical leadership, influence service development, and embed continuous improvement in quality of care. They will also focus on patient experience, learning from incidents, and ensuring these practices are part of everyday routines. This is a Nurse qualified role
