We are looking for an experienced and innovative clinician, with experience of quality improvement and staff management, to join our forward-thinking department. The clinical lead Physiotherapist role is influential in leading and delivering on the vision and direction of Physiotherapy in CF and bronchiectasis.
This position has a key clinical leadership and management role, championing and driving initiatives within the CF and bronchiectasis teams. Clinically the post holder will support and manage Physiotherapists and exercise physiologists and work closely with other members of the multi-disciplinary team, including dieticians, nurses and respiratory consultants. Their clinical work will enable their team to deliver diagnostic and clinical care to CF and bronchiectasis patients, providing expert advice on complex clinical issues.
