Requirements

Nordic Balance, a leading provider of exceptional therapeutic care in Southwest London, with clinics in Central London (SW1), Battersea (SW11), Clapham (SW4), and Wimbledon (SW19), seeks a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Lead Physiotherapist to join our team. In this critical role, you will play an integral part in fostering a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement. You will serve as a vital link between our management team and our team of over 30 dedicated therapists, empowering them to deliver industry-leading patient care.

Clinical Lead Physiotherapist Job, Full-Time, On-Site Leadership Role

Responsibilities:

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the therapy team.
  • Ensure seamless implementation of the “Perfect Experience” throughout the patient journey.
  • Monitor and evaluate clinical performance, providing coaching and support to therapists.
  • Optimise therapist schedules and contribute to the onboarding process for new team members.
  • Cultivate relationships with referring doctors and partners to expand our network.
  • Champion professional development opportunities for the therapy team.
  • Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills within a clinical setting.
  • Deep understanding of the therapy field and best practices.
  • Unwavering commitment to providing the highest level of patient care.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.

  • This is a full-time, employed position (40 hours per week).
