Responsibilities

• Lead clinical role in identified pathways within the service specification.
• Manage and review clinical pathways including reception screening, discharge and transfer clinic.
• Act as Infection Prevention Lead for Healthcare including medication administration points.
• Provide training to the team via train the trainer model.
• Cover Primary Care Team Manager in their absence and participate in on‑call rota.
• Chair weekly clinic activity meetings and ensure documentation meets standards.
