Practice Plus Group is seeking a Primary Care Clinical Lead for the HMP Eastwood Park site. The role blends clinical duties with management, supervising a small team and ensuring high-quality, autonomous clinical care for inmates.

You will influence governance, audits and training, with opportunities for regional and national career development. An induction and Learning Management System support your ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse – Adult with current NMC registration.
• Evidence of Continued Professional Development (CPD).
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary and multi-agency environments.
• Compassionate, non-judgmental approach with strong communication.
• Existing line management experience and mentorship of student nurses.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and management to the nursing and care-teams.
• Deputise for Deputy/Head of Healthcare as required.
• Work with partners to maintain a high quality clinical service and autonomous practice.
• Model a culture of compassion, care and competence.
• Coach, line manage and develop clinicians; contribute to audits and governance.
• Chair healthcare meetings and provide clinical supervision.
