Job summary

Alderbrook Care Home in Leeds is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to deliver high-quality, clinically led care in a specialist complex setting. You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer medications and monitor health changes, while leading shifts and guiding the care team.

You'll work in a well-led environment with funded development and progression into Senior, Clinical Lead and Management roles, supported by ongoing training and a strong values base focused on dignity,

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making skills.
• Experience in complex care or mental health is beneficial, however we welcome nurses from a range of backgrounds who are keen to develop within this environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess needs and develop and review care plans for residents.
• Administer medication and monitor changes in physical and mental health.
• Leading shifts, you will support and guide the care team, make informed clinical decisions and respond promptly to changing needs.
• Ensure safe, effective and person centered care with accurate documentation.
