Social Care 2 Recruit is seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN) to join a specialist Complex Care team covering Wolverhampton and Stone. You will provide clinical leadership, oversight of complex care packages, and drive high-quality, person-centred care.

You'll complete clinical assessments, reviews, care planning, and support teams through training and supervision, ensuring governance and CQC compliance, with a strong emphasis on making a meaningful clinical impact.

Qualifications

• Qualified RGN with active NMC registration.
• Experience in Complex Care, Community Nursing, or high-acuity settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Proven leadership, training, and clinical supervision abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Passionate about person-centred care.

Salary: Up to £49,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
