Job summary

Social Care 2 Recruit is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to oversee LD Complex Care delivery in the Wolverhampton area. You will lead clinical governance, ensure high-quality, safe care, and drive service improvements across complex packages.

The role requires active NMC registration, strong leadership and communication skills, and a patient-centred approach. 37.5 hours per week, with a competitive salary up to £49,000 per annum and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified RMN or RNLD with active NMC registration.
• Experience in LD Complex Care or high-acuity settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Proven leadership, training, and supervision abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership across complex care packages.
• Complete clinical assessments, reviews, and care planning.
• Support and develop care teams through training and competency assessments.
• Ensure safe and effective delivery of complex clinical interventions.
• Work closely with clients, families, commissioners, and MDT professionals.
• Maintain high standards of clinical governance and CQC compliance.
• Support the continuous improvement of clinical care and service quality.
