Care4ocus is seeking a Senior Clinical Lead Nurse in Harrow to provide senior clinical leadership and governance across our services. The role works closely with operational teams to support clinical performance, mentor nursing staff, and contribute to strategic development.

The ideal candidate will have a valid NMC PIN, extensive senior leadership experience, and a strong grasp of governance and CQC standards, with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
• Proven experience in a senior clinical leadership role.
