Career Makers is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our dedicated care team at Partington. You will lead and support the nursing staff, uphold high standards of clinical care, governance, and regulatory compliance, working closely with the Home Manager.

The role requires an NMC registered nurse with leadership experience, strong clinical knowledge, and a firm grasp of CQC expectations, safeguarding, DOLS, and audits.
