Job summary

Compass Associates are partnering with a well-established elderly care provider to appoint a Clinical Lead for their Surrey service in Chertsey. The role oversees standards, governance and quality improvement, reporting to the Home Manager and working with the leadership team to maintain high quality care.

The successful candidate will be an experienced RGN with an active NMC pin, proven senior clinical leadership, and a track record in governance, regulatory compliance and medication governance

Qualifications

• RGN qualification with an active NMC Pin.
• Experience in elderly care nursing environments.
• Experience at Clinical Lead / Senior nursing level.
• Strong governance, audits and quality assurance understanding.
• Experience supporting regulatory compliance and CQC requirements.
• Experience leading medication governance and safe processes.

• Provide strong clinical leadership and oversight across the service.
