Job summary

Find. is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join a modern, purpose-built care home in Coventry. The role focuses on clinical leadership, supporting nursing teams and delivering high-quality, person-centred care for elderly residents.

You will hold a valid NMC PIN with RN (RGN/RMN/RNLD) qualifications and have proven leadership experience in care homes. Excellent communication and governance knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC PIN and Registered Nurse (RGN /RMN / RNLD) qualification.
• Experience in a nursing home, care home, or elderly care setting.
• Proven experience as a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and support nursing teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of elderly care, clinical governance, and care home regulations.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional resident care and improving quality outcomes.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership abilities.

About You
