The role

We seek an enthusiastic, motivated prescriber passionate about digital health to join our team. The candidate must be qualified to practice in the UK to provide high-quality remote consultation services.

You will collaborate with experts in digital health, growth, product, and marketing teams, working within a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and customer care staff to deliver exceptional patient care.

Our operational team includes nonmedical prescribers and doctors ensuring patient safety. You will participate in case discussions, treat patients per guidelines, and contribute to continuous improvement.

This role is open for both full-time and part-time applicants.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing, treatment decisions, and prescribing per formulary and SOPs.
• Providing expert knowledge in general health, men’s health, diagnostics, and weight loss.
• Offering medicines information and education to patients and staff.
• Participating in team meetings and service improvement initiatives.
• Following SOPs to ensure quality care.
• Engaging with patients via live chat and reviewing diagnostics.
• Maintaining detailed patient records.
• Reporting incidents and participating in investigations.
• Identifying clinical risks and prioritising tasks.
• Providing care aligned with guidelines and engaging in quality improvement.
• Learning new conditions and treatments to expand services.

Requirements:

• Qualified nonmedical prescriber registered with GPhC, GMC, or NMC, with independent prescribing experience.
• Experience in clinical settings such as primary care, secondary care, or digital health.
• Excellent communication skills and customer experience record.
• Ability to deliver clinical care independently and within a team.
• IT literacy and experience with electronic prescribing systems.
• Passion for patient care, lateral thinking, and professional development.
• Interest in telehealth and digital health.
• Mandatory training in Safeguarding Adults L3, GDPR, IG, and autism awareness.

Desirable:

• Interest or experience in weight management or obesity treatment.
• Experience in remote or digital health practice.
