Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking a Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead for a Nottingham care home. You will support the Home Manager, lead nursing and care teams, and maintain high standards of person-centred care.

The ideal candidate is a registered nurse with NMC registration, experienced in care settings, able to supervise staff and manage care plans. Salary £45,000-£60,000, 40 hours/week, mainly days, with pension and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience supervising, supporting or leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day care delivery and deputise in the Home Manager's absence.
• Lead nursing and care teams with a person-centred approach.
• Maintain accurate care plans and clinical documentation.
• Manage supervision, appraisals, mentoring and training.
